on the pieces of a long awaited puzzle.

everything seemed to be falling into place; the pieces of the puzzle were there all along, just waiting for the right moment. the cue to connect.

i was accepted into the university of sunderland in england. my kindred pal, kelsey, and i will be attending the university this fall. i've dreamt of europe since i was a little girl- paris was but a dream. journeying on cobblestone roads, gazing up at the beautiful buildings and pondering how perfect life can be.

a dream that is now my reality. oh the power of hoping, the power of wanting something so deeply you are willing to do all you can to make it happen. go forth and do something incredible- stop waiting for a better moment. a time when things make sense- or more sense than they do now.

when is that moment anyway? and what does it mean, sense? what a notion.

now, about that visa and plane ticket...

here's to the magic to come, and adventure. here's to discovering more of myself- more of this beautiful planet and the pinnacle of God's beautiful creation, people.

“Every dreamer knows that it is entirely possible to be homesick for a place you've never been to, perhaps more homesick than for familiar ground.”
