on the first days of summer-

it started off with my return to boone. a lovely lunch with my sweet friend, only to spend the day at the dam soaking in the sun and hiking through the streams. there's no telling how perfect a day will turn out upon waking up to it. yesterday was just that, just so very magical. and the evening, oh how there is no language to properly express its peaceful, yet magnificent magnitude. we sat on the roof eating such a delicious meal and a new friend presented it so beautifully- the candles and the stars left us girls with only these words "oh my...aw it's all so cute." a romantic candlelit dinner for the five of us. 

if you ask me, this looks like the beginning of a most beautiful summer.

in the midst of all this wonder, i still miss him terribly.
