on finally returning-

it has taken approximately three months for me to come back. to return from a lifetime of adventure, a season where weeks ended in a foreign land amongst people from a seemingly different world. now my reflections on this life are those of joy and thanksgiving. my heart is full and life is beginning all over again with the promise of summer. a new summer.

as i have learned, expectation is the thief of joy, so i go forth--once again-- with open arms and a testimony of a year lived wholly. the moments that held me, making up a chapter in the story that is this life i have, are only being completed. perfected.

here are glimpses into this next chapter, stolen moments of happiness and fullness captured.

i am finally returning. not home, i've been back, but to self. i am returning and becoming all at the same time; in one accord. here's to the moments, may they continue to make us fuller and better than we were in our yesterdays.

"It’s spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you’ve got it, you want - oh, you don’t quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!"
