on 100 days of happiness-

i have this tiny pink notepad that i am filling with days of happiness, 100 to be exact. today marks the 29th day out of my 100 days of happiness. i chose to write out my days, rather than share each day via social media--i already do much of that and with no shame, all joy. i am a firm believer in living life out loud, and for this reason i see social media as a great outlet to do so. however, this 100 days of happiness challenge is different; it's a personal experience. i am using it to delve deeper into who i am; i have found there exists a common thread connecting each of my 29 days thus far: friendship.

the past four and a half weeks have been some of the most beautiful days because i have been able to share this last boone summer with jordan and angellica, two of my closest friends from university. i just adore them. from the adventures, to the crazy nights and cooking asian meals--it is in said moments i have found my happiness.

 they are my happy.
