it's my turn now.

and so it goes. some things remain the same, like the rain after a goodbye. it always rains.

i'm beginning to accept this as fact, but there's something different about this time. its been raining for two days straight, and one more day would seem excessive. i can't help but to think, my heart and the sky are in harmony. two days of nonstop tears; if only i could...

i walk around and again, everything is the same. but my heart- oh how it aches, and the tears, if they could just come and release some of this burdens weight. i welcome the flow with an openness like never before. unprecedented was the latest goodbye. it was as if a chord ripped from my heart, and i have taken to bleeding incessantly. i ask, how much can one heart handle? how many ties must be severed before nothing works anymore. before a heart can no longer feel. and that's what i'm afraid may happen, that or... or...
i just don't know much of anything anymore.

but i'm ready. this i do know, i'm ready for my turn to come.
